Virtual Read Across America Week for Families

In honor of celebrating Read Across America, The Department of Special Education has created a presentation entitled, "Virtual Read Across America Week for Families." This presentation uses Google Slides to incorporate engaging activities and read-alouds for the week of March 1st, 2021 –March 5th, 2021.

This slideshow is intended for families of students in grades PreK-8, but can be used for all!

These events can be implemented by families in order of the calendar, or however they see fit.  Although activities are encouraged to be completed together as a family, students can complete these activities independently as well.

All hyperlinks included in the presentation are active and ready to use. The directions for all hyperlinks are included on each slide.
